Acupressure for Flu Prevention

It's that time of year again, and it seems like a lot of people are already feeling the effects- it's flu season. We'll be getting our yearly flu shots soon, and recommend everyone who can does as well. But, the flu shot isn't always a 100% guarantee you won't get sick. People always ask us what else they can do at home to help stay healthy all winter.
